Subject to local law, any person may openly or anonymously ask a question or report any ethical concern or potential or actual legal violation, including any accounting, financial, tax or anti-bribery matter, to the Global Ethics and Compliance Office.
Retaliation is prohibited
Eaton will not permit any retaliation against any employee who in good faith raises a concern, makes a report or assists with an investigation. If you feel that you have been retaliated against for making a report or assisting with an investigation, contact your local Human Resources manager or the Global Ethics and Compliance Office immediately.
